Rural Housing

Our rural housing development department is working to identify vulnerable populations in the community, identify vacant lots and potential housing reconstruction/rehabilitation projects. We are carrying out training, informative workshops, among others, on issues related to housing in the community. In addition, we are analyzing the available municipal censuses to expose the needs of the community and to be able to provide assistance. While these areas are being worked on, the team is training in geographic information science resources to have a better knowledge of tools that can be used and additionally, they will be searching for housing subsidy opportunities.
